North Yorkshire County Council Health and Adult Services Directorate (NYCC), City of York Council (CYC), Hambleton, Richmondshire & Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group, Scarborough & Ryedale Clinical Commissioning Group, Harrogate & Rural District Clinical Commissioning Group, Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group (CCGs) and the Independent Care Group (ICG) as partners wish to jointly commission an ‘Actual Cost of Care‘ exercise to determine a model upon which the fees for placements in care homes for people over 65 years of age can be based.
