Tender description
Hounslow Council are calling all providers who can assist our Transitions Team in placing our young people in needs met accommodation. The young people range from 16 years to 18 years, with varying Learning Disability and Autism needs. In order to help facilitate this need we are holding a workshop, involving case studies. The workshop will be held on Tuesday 24th September, 10am to 12noon, at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB. If you can support this cohort, please email Nina Dhokia on LDBrokerage@hounslow.gov.uk, by Monday 19th August, expressing your interest in attending the workshop.
