Tender description

1.1 These requirements are split into the following areas: • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Intruder Alarms • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Fire Equipment (Extinguishers etc) • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Emergency Lighting Systems • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Wet & Dry Risers • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Sprinkler Systems 1.2 Gas Type Suppression Systems, although not included at the commencement of the Contract, may be added to the requirements at some point during the life of the Contract. 1.3 The Contractor is required to provide and be responsible for the provision of all services and meeting responses and rectification times in this Contract, including any work provided by sub-contractors.
