The the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) wishes to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of a Consultancy Team to undertake a housing density study. Transport for London is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the LLDC. The appointed Consultancy Team shall have architecture, urban design, master planning and desktop publishing/document producing expertise as well as development viability expertise.
