Tender description

This contract is for Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Councils wholly owned arms length management organisation (ALMO). These requirements are: — maintenance, repair and testing of fire alarm systems, — maintenance, repair and testing of intruder alarms, — maintenance, repair and testing of fire equipment (extinguishers, etc.), — maintenance, repair and testing of emergency lighting systems, — maintenance, repair and testing of wet and dry risers, — maintenance, repair and testing of sprinkler systems — gas type suppression systems, although not included at the commencement of the contract, may be added to the requirements at some point during the life of the contract.
