Tender description
SCDC wishes to appoint a contractor to provide a service to advise on the purchase of revenue generating investments that meet the Councils adopted strategies (supporting economic growth and regeneration) and as part of the Councils medium term financial strategies to build its portfolios of assets that will provide a sustainable long term revenue stream to support the continued delivery of the Councils services to their residents.
