Tender description
Ervia has a requirement for an ITSM PaaS software solution that will be used for IT service management and the wider Ervia business services divisions. The application should support all ITIL processes, and should support workflow and process development and customisation which will allow us manage a number of internal processes through system automation. The solution should have BI and reporting capabilities, user management, data management and the ability to integrate with other applications and IT solutions.
