Tender description
Sheffield City Council (SCC) is seeking to establish a framework of service providers/contractors to provide security guarding (both static/manned and mobile patrols). The scope of services includes: Concierge services for crime prevention, public and staff safety, signposting/reception duties at the listed council assets/events: — Moorfoot Council Offices, — Town Hall, — Staniforth Road Depot, — Manor Lane Depot, — Cornhill Towers (Concierge Service), — ad hoc buildings/city events, Security patrols and response for crime prevention, protecting council assets, out of hour’s response: — Moor Market, — Crystal Peaks Market, — 157 Castlebeck Avenue, — opening and locking of facilities. Provide a key holding/collection and call out service for out of hours as required across the Council.
