Tender description

To supply, erect, maintain and dismantle scaffolding to Housing Leeds housing properties and Leeds City Council's non-housing properties, city wide throughout the City of Leeds. The contract will be for planned and responsive works. The emergency element will require the contractors to provide a 24-hour call out service and respond to emergencies e.g. with an on-site response time within 1 hour. The contract is for 3 years plus 2 x 12 months optional extensions, with an approximate contract value of £200,000 per annum, awarded to up to 2 contractors.
