Review and Advice on Delivery of Community Engagement for the Geological Disposal Facility Programme

This document specifies work to review these arrangements and advise RWM on the governance, structures and resources needed to meet the obligations of the Working with Communities policies The objective of this work is to produce a report that reviews the arrangements for the delivery of Independent Support for community engagement in England and Wales for the siting process of the GDF programme. The report should review work completed to date and make recommendations on i) Governance Arrangements for effective management ii) Structure of a team or teams to meet the identified needs iii) Resources Required to deliver the requirements The review must be sufficiently robust to communicate the arrangements gain the support of the RWM Executive, RWM Board, NDA Executive and NDA Board, as appropriate.
