Respite Beds

Tender description

LBH are inviting providers to acknowledge their interest in a commissioned service as our first point of referral for respite requests. Please specify which type of placement bed, if not all, you would have available, whereby you can provide your specified respite service for our assessed clients within Adult Social Care, although we anticipate these will be for our older residents, 65 and over. Your service will meet all the assessed needs of our clients as detailed in their care and support plans which will be provided as part of the referral process. Initial contact will be made via telephone or email whereby we will advise of all required details; commencement/end date and type of bed being sought. Once all requirements from both parties have been sourced and agreed we will confirm using our bed allocation form which will also capture funding figures. The Service Provider shall ensure that sufficient numbers of staffing are trained and engaged in delivering the highest standard of care and in line with every aspect of the Care Quality Commissions specified guidelines.
