PROVISION OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR ARMY WINTER SPORTS (AWSA) EXERCISES

Tender description

The Authority has a requirement for up to six 4 Year contracts to deliver Army Winter Sports Association (AWSA) EXERCISES. EXERCISES are: SPARTAN HIKE (Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting an estimated 450 competitors and 40 officials); RUCKSACK (the British Army and Inter-Service cross country and biathlon ski championships for up to 200 athletes and 40 officials); PIPEDOWN (Alpine and Nordic competitions hosting an estimated 400 competitors and 40 officials); LIONS CHALLENGE (British Army Alpine ski Championships hosting approximately 120 athletes, 25 officials and 100 sponsors and VIPs); TELEMARK TITAN (Telemark ski training and competitions hosting up to 150 competitors and 15 officials) and; SNOWJACK (Snowboarding events for up to an estimated 250 competitors each year).
