Portal Contract Reference: DN425888 Internal Contract Reference: P5490 Contract Title: Tall Buildings Expressions of interest start date: 1 August 2019 Return of tenders/bids end date: 3 September 2019, 12 Noon Initial Contract Duration: 12 months Extensions: Not applicable Estimated Contract Value (including extensions): 150k Description: London Borough of Tower Hamlets are seeking to appoint a suitably-qualified consultant to assist in the preparation of a new supplementary planning document (SPD) to guide and influence the design and planning of tall buildings including detailed analysis of existing building heights and relationships, modelling of potential future scenarios, and development of additional guidance for the application of tall building policies. Additional Information: Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire.
