Tender description
Sunderland City Council wishes to commission a specialist consultant team to work with it and its community and business stakeholders to produce aspirational (as well as realistic) Neighbourhoods Investment Plans for its five neighbourhood localities. The reason for this approach is to develop new ways for the community/residents to engage in the shaping of their respective neighbourhoods, using an asset, place-based approach Keywords: plans
