The Authority intends to commission an Outcomes Commissioned Edge of Care Service. The tender can be found on the Authority's Oracle Sourcing Portal's under the RFQ Number: 15231671,3. This Edge of Care Service, will deliver high quality Services which will focus on a combination of avoiding the unnecessary entry of Children and Young People (CYP) into care, reducing their duration in care and reducing the high risk of Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET) trajectory when not in care. The successful Service Provider's solution will involve social investment and a Social Impact Bond (SIB) approach.The tender can be found on the Authority's Oracle Sourcing Portal's under the RFQ Number: 15231671. When appropriate amended versions of the tender are denoted at the end of the RFQ Number by a comma followed by an amendment number.
