Chorley Council is inviting tenders from suitable partners who wish to be considered to manage and operate the Council’s Leisure Services. This procurement falls under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations – Social and Other Specific Services and the Council is using a procedure which corresponds to the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN).The service will include provision of Leisure Facilities Management Services which consists of: • All Seasons Leisure Centre • Clayton Green Sports Centre • Brinscall Swimming Pool The Contract will be let for a period of ten (10) years intended to commence 01 October 2020 with the option to extend for a period of up to a further 5 years.
