INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CATERING AND FACILITIES SERVICES AT THE LEAGRAVE CENTRE, LUTON

Tender description

This document, together with an opportunity to visit the Leagrave Centre site will provide the necessary information to submit a competitive tender. The contract is offered for a period of three years, (commencing no later than 1st October 2019) with an opportunity for an extension of two years. The tenderer is expected to provide the following service: - • A service in the coffee tree throughout the working week. The current opening hours for the café are 08.00-16.00. There is currently a service closure over the Christmas period. • The second expectation is to provide an event catering service during the working week, evenings (approximately one evening per week) and weekends (approximately five Saturdays per year). • The third expectation is to provide a facilities service for the building.
