Inspections and Repairs to Headstones

Tender description

Trafford, Rochdale and Stockport Council are introducing an annual memorial inspection programme in their cemeteries (and closed churchyards) and are looking to establish a framework of suppliers to provide this service. The framework will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months based upon the agreement of all parties concerned. The successful tenderers will be expected to work with each local authority to implement a programme of testing and repair. Henceforth in this document, reference to “The Council” means Trafford Borough Council, Rochdale Borough Council and Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council unless they are individually referenced. The framework will be spilt into lots by local authority. Please kindly note suppliers may bid for individual lots or all lots. The services will be awarded via Lots, Lot 1 being Trafford Borough Council, Lot 2 being Rochdale Borough Council and Lot 3 being Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.
