Housing related support for single adults with medium to high level complex needs living in Birkenhead Street / Endell Street /Endsleigh Gardens properties in Camden

Tender description

The services provide accommodation-based support to vulnerable homeless single people referred to the Adult Pathway that enables them to maintain their accommodation and prepares them to move on to a more independent way of life. The support provided will be appropriate for the individual service user and relevant to their Pathway stage. Service users will have a variety of support needs that include alcohol and substance misuse, mental health, and offending.It is expected that the service will offer flexibility in response to the needs of service users. Service provision will include recognition that service users with chaotic lifestyles will not conform to a normal 9-5 working day and will require support outside of these hours. The service will provide 24 hour staffing in recognition of the nature of the client group. The service is to provide 132 bedspaces from three buildings owned by the provider, Endell Street (53 bedspaces), Endsleigh Gardens (48 bedspaces) and Birkenhead Street (31 bedspaces).
