Tender description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the “Authority”) is issuing this request for a quotation (‘RFQ’) for the provision of Enforcement Agent (excluding Parking warrants) and Debt Recovery Services (“the Services”) as described in the Service Specification. The successful supplier will be required for the Contract Price to provide the Services in accordance with the Specification and the Terms and Conditions. The Contract Period is initially for a period of 2 years commencing on 1 November 2019 with an option for the Authority to extend for a further year on the same terms making a total possible Contract Period of 3 years.
