The Council is undertaking a review of its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule and developer contribution requirements and, therefore, is seeking consultants to undertake a planning viability study to inform the approach taken in the Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD); and in the development, examination and adoption of a new CIL Charging Schedule.
