Tender description

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is commissioning an independent evaluation of knowledge accumulated during the National Demonstration Test Catchment (DTC) Network from 2009-19. DTC Network was a Defra funded programme designed to provide robust evidence regarding how diffuse pollution from agriculture can be cost-effectively controlled to improve and maintain water quality in rural river catchment areas.
