Tender description

Liverpool City Council has approved a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Strategy, which involves pursuing the introduction of Article 4 Directions. The Authorities Local Plan will set out policy for assessing HMO applications, which will apply to areas with an Article 4 Direction. The successful supplier will be expected to: • Undertake primary and secondary research at a city wide level to identify and map the location of individual HMO dwellings • Identify and Prioritise Districts were HMO numbers are highest. • Identify/Collate and Analyse the Socio / Demographic and Economic Datasets that demonstrates harm to justify Article 4 Direction(s) • Undertake Consultation with relevant Stakeholders, Local Community / Landlords / Local Councillors etc. • Evidence findings to the standard needed in the event of a High Court Challenge Keywords: consultation
