Tender description
The client is seeking project management services for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the development. The PM service will include the cost management, employer's representative, assigned certifier and PSDP under a single point responsibility appointment. The entire development is the subject of a planning application being made directly to An Bord Pleanala. Restricted procedure. This pre-qualification stage is the first stage of a 2 stage tendering procedure. The applicants who are successful in the first stage will be shortlisted and invited to tender once the pre-qualification stage has concluded.
