Children's residential placements - Consortia Commissioning - Framework first re-opening August 2019

This procurement is for the reopening of the children's residential placement Consortia Commissioning framework originally let in 2018. Further information and guidance can be found in the procurement documents. This procurement is being tendered in Lots. Providers have the opportunity to apply for one or more Lots. There will be an opportunity to apply for additional Lots when the Framework re-opens annually. Additionally, the Councils intend to use the Framework to call off 'mini competitions' resulting in Block Contracts. Details can be found in the Call Off Procedure Schedule 2.
