Catering services

Tender description

The contract is offered for a period of 3 years, (commencing no later than 1.10.2019) with an opportunity for an extension of 2 years. The tenderer is expected to provide the following service: — a service in the coffee tree throughout the working week. The current opening hours for the café are 08.00-16.00. There is currently a service closure over the Christmas period, — the second expectation is to provide an event catering service during the working week, evenings (approximately one evening per week) and weekends (approximately 5 Saturdays per year), — the third expectation is to provide a facilities service for the building. This will include facilities management for our conference offer alongside our staff facilities.
