Following a period of frequent and emergent change, where the Fund’s strategic framework has resulted in a changes to our ways of working and operating model. The organisation has moved toward a more customer facing focus with our people geographically close to the customer. This has resulted in changes to human capital and organisational structures across our directorates, with new ways of working being developed and adopted. The Fund has changed its brand, continues to develop new funding products and strategies to support empowering communities, developing digital skills, encouraging generous leadership, building organisational and financial resilience and using data and evidence effectively to help communities to thrive. The presents continuing demands on our SMT and senior leadership teams to maintain momentum in delivering our ambitions. This procurement will provide senior leadership team development to meet the emerging needs of the Fund and build leadership team capacity and capability. The Fund is looking to appoint suitably qualified service providers to provide leadership capability and development services to the Fund during the period of July 2019 to June 2022. This will support leaders and senior managers to develop their leadership skills and capability and ultimately support delivery of our strategic and operational ambitions. The required services will include: • Senior leadership development • Senior leadership coaching • Facilitation at SMT and directorate leadership level • Ad-hoc projects to support broader leadership capacity building in areas such as change management, culture, team development, communication and strategy development
