Tender description

The proposed projects: At Ballyogan Court, Ballyogan, Dublin 18 consists of 67 nr. housing units and 52 Apartments. At Rockville Drive, Glenamuck, Co. Dublin consists of 13 nr. housing units. These project will be built by means of rapid delivery. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is seeking architectural and PSDP services to develop, co-ordinate and manage the clients requirements including oversight of the design and build contractors on site activities ensuring that the project is delivered to the quality required, within budget and to the agreed timescales. The architect will also be required to act as employer's representative and provide full PSDP services.
