The London Borough of Merton (‘the Council’) is inviting tenders for 6 sheet outdoor advertising and bus shelters. Merton wants to re-let these street furniture advertising rights in order to maximise their rental income from this opportunity, and to retaining in full both the amenity value of the bus shelter provision and the public service messaging benefits currently enjoyed.
