1-877 RIS2 Pavement KPI: Pre-RIS2 Reporting and Support

Tender description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of technical support to validate the proposed new pavement Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and supporting Performance Indicators, and report on the stability, robustness and suitability of the KPI. The Work Package also includes preparation for implementation of the new indicators in RIS2. The introduction of the new pavement condition indicator for the trunk road network is a five stage process: - Stage one - Initiation of the project o Completed by Highways England SES - Stage two - Consultation o Completed by specialist consultants - Stage three - Development o Completed by specialist consultants - Stage four - Testing, validation, and independent audit. o First part completed by specialist consultants - Stage five - Preparation for implementation o To be undertaken by specialist consultants
