Dacorum Borough Council is looking to replace its current bespoke HR system and other associated but disparate systems into one system which will also offer self-service functionality to its employees. The scope of this tender extends to: — supply of software or hosted service, — data migration, — implementation of solution, — integration/links with council systems, — maintenance and support, — training options for future payroll may be required in year 3, 4, or 5.
