Tender description

Flight inspection of Navigation Aids, Aeronautical Ground Lighting and PAPI/APAPI. Service Requirements Periodic routine flight inspection of all applicable navigational aids and AGL, within the regulatory timelines, to maintain regulatory compliance at all times. Details of navigation aids are set out in the procurement documents. Co-ordinate the schedule for flight inspections, in consultation with HIAL, to ensure that all facilities are inspected within the regulatory timeframe and in the most cost effective manner. Non-routine and emergency flight inspections of all applicable navigational aids and AGL, as required by HIAL, in accordance with an agreed mobilisation criteria for non-routine/emergency inspections. HIAL may request Service Providers to carry out commissioning flight inspections of new navigational aids. The ability to carry out commissioning flight inspections is not mandatory.
