Supply, Delivery and Installation of High and Medium Fidelity Patient Simulators

Tender description

This is a confirmation of award following the below tender: The University of Chester sought tenders through the EU Open procedure under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Medium and High Fidelity Simulation Mannequins for use on its pre-registration nursing and post graduate programmes. The University was looking to initially purchase one adult high fidelity patient simulator and one maternity patient simulator. However the University sought to award a contract to one (or more) tenderer/s for the potential provision of a range of high and medium fidelity patient simulators that we hope to purchase over a period of 3 years (with an option to extend the contract for two further periods of 12 months). Tenderers were required to bid for a range of four patient simulators, which was detailed in Document 2 - Specification and Pricing Schedule. The range for the purposes of the tender evaluation consisted of: • High Fidelity Adult • Paediatric • Maternity • Medium Fidelity Adult Additional Information: This opportunity was also submitted for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Total contract values and end date provided in this award notice are for the potential 5 year contract period.
