OIC Accommodation & Barrack Services may grant power to Brigade Barrack Services & Utilities Officers (BSUO) to exercise any or all of the powers and duties given and committed to him under this contract. 2. Scope The contractor will ensure that the Vinyl/Safety Floor/Studded Tiles / Carpet fitting services are provided in accordance with the specification of requirements. 3. LOTS The contract will be broken into two Lots. • Lot 1 will be Vinyl Sheet Flooring • Lot 2 will be Carpet. Each Lot will be evaluated separately. 4. Requirements This General Replacement for Vinyl /Safety Floor/Studded Tiles / Carpet contract shall commence on the 10 February 2019 and subject to the conditions of the contract shall continue until the termination on 08 February 2021 with the option to extend for a further year. In the event of the Contractor failing to comply with any of the conditions herein below specified, the Contracting Authority shall have the power to terminate the contract without previous notice. The termination of the contract shall not prejudice the rights of the Contracting Authority in respect of any breach by the Contractor of its terms. The quantities shown in the tender documents are an estimate of the Purchaser’s total requirement over the period of the contract. No guarantee is given that these quantities will be adhered to and purchase orders will be issued to meet actual requirements during the contract period
