Tender description

Contract for the provision of a comprehensive decontamination and sterilisation service to all clinical specialties operating from the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, West Berkshire Community Hospital, and Prince Charles Eye Unit. Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice issued to inform of Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trusts intention to extend the current contractual agreement for its sterilisation and decontamination service provider for 2 years from current end date, on a 1+1 arrangement. This is to allow the Trust to continue to receive services whilst the procurement is undertaken to replace this agreement and to allow for the new service to be mobilised to ensure no service loss is experienced.
