Following this procurement exercise there will be further commissioning activity around the review and redesign of other provisions, to include under 65s that include elements of Preventative Support such as Assistive Technology, Care and Housing. Placements in residential and nursing home for adults aged 65 years + who require long term support or respite care. Reablement provision for adults, for a time limited period. Further provisions or categories may be added in future as required.
