Child Survey — Anticipated 4 year contract for aspects of the management and delivery of the Active Lives children and young people survey. The Active Lives children and young people survey is an online school based survey measuring engagement in sport and physical activity children and young people aged from 5 to 16 years old in England. Child survey: In 2020 Sport England shall be looking to enter into a new 4 year contract for aspects of the management and delivery of the active lives children and young people survey. The new contract will cover the fieldwork period from September 2020 until July 2024. The supplier will provide the following services: — ongoing survey development to improve quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness, — questionnaire development (year 1-2, year 3-11, parent and teacher questionnaires), — sample design, — working with Sport England and local Activity Partnerships to monitor fieldwork progress, — processing and weighting of data, — annual production of Sport England reporting outputs (datasets and tables), — termly production of school reports (approximately 2 000 schools take part in the survey each academic year).
