Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is looking to appoint one Contractor for the removal and rebuild of a 1.8m high, 25m long free-standing masonry boundary wall on new foundations, adjacent to Council land off Glebe Avenue, Ruislip, postcode: HA4 6QZ. The existing wall abuts 2 storey Council flat buildings at each end, and the new wall is proposed to be similar, but with deeper foundations. On the east side of the wall, is the Council owned land and buildings of Warsaw Close. On the west side of the wall are various domestic gardens of Glebe Avenue and Weldon Close. The existing and newly rebuild wall are and will be constructed on the Council owned land.
