Tender description

Middlesbrough Council on behalf of the 4 Tees Valley Councils, comprising, Hartlepool Borough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are jointly procuring the treatment of green waste collected by each Council from within their area. The Tees Valley Authorities are seeking a number of contractor(s) to provide facilities where the collaborative procurement members can deliver green waste material to be composted to meet PAS100 and when required obtain processed material.It is anticipated a maximum of 5 contractors will be appointed to the framework.
