Contract No. PRMS/19/1 Ashford Borough Council is seeking a high quality contractor to provide a first class Building Maintenance service for the day-to-day repair and maintenance of the Employer’s corporate properties to ensure they are maintained to the standard specified in the Contract at the best possible value taking into account both quality and cost. The initial contract period is for 3 years with the possibility of a 2 year extension until 2024 NOTE: Please read all the documents attached carefully.
