Project Management Training for Leaders

As part of our ‘Leading Together’ Manager Development Programme Sheffield City Council is seeking quotations for the delivery of Project Management training, at a venue in Sheffield. The course should give managers a good understanding of the key requirements for undertaking effective project management within the context of them as managers (SCC has an in-house business change function with project management professionals, we realise that this course is aimed at a different audience). So for instance, the course is aimed at helping our middle managers to understand how to apply project management to their business as usual activities where they might be seeking to improve service delivery or have a particular business change that they need to implement.
