The North East region is looking for 2 specialist providers who can deliver Regional Post Mortem Pathology Services. Services to be included are: — Post Mortem Examination (PME), — Post Mortem Imaging (PMI), — Minimally Invasive Post Mortems, — histology, — body storage. This procurement is issued under light touch regime for contracts for social and other specific services, Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs), and utilising principles of Regulation 29 of the PCRs 2015 for competition with negotiation.
