This procurement is for the provision of office, kitchenette and washroom cleaning services at the North of England Pathology and Screening Education Centre (NEPSEC) Located at: Unit 3 Wakefield Office Village Fryers Way Silkwood Park Wakefield West Yorkshire WF5 9TJ. Average usage of main office by three permanent staff extending to irregular attendance of between 15 and 50 visitors using seminar and teaching rooms. Hours 09:30 - 11:00 The duration of the contract is initially two years, with the option of extending the contract for an additional year. Proposed contract start: 1st October 2019
