NHS Arden & GEM CSU Mechanical and Electrical Works Background and Context to the Procurement NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver the Service(s). For avoidance of doubt NHS Arden & GEM CSU will be the lead for this tender project, Lots-1 to 4 are for NHS Arden & GEM CSU and Lot-5 is for NHS Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group Objectives of the Procurement The key objectives of the Procurement are: to commission the Service(s) to serve the following areas. Lot-1 Lincolnshire - NHS Arden & GEM CSU Lot-2 Essex - NHS Arden & GEM CSU Lot-3 Milton Keynes - NHS Arden & GEM CSU Lot-4 Norfolk - NHS Arden & GEM CSU Lot-5 NHS Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group Additional information: The purpose of the Pre-tender Market Engagement (PTME) is to maximise the opportunity for a successful acquisition, should the Authority choose to invite competitive tenders from the market place at a later date. The primary means of obtaining information from the PTME is via a PTME Questionnaire The objective of the PTME is to: confirm that the draft specification is fit for purpose; identify any gaps or potential risks; to create market awareness for the opportunity; and to obtain feedback from the suppliers on their level of interest in tendering for the Authority's requirement. Furthermore, the Authority hopes to gain an understanding of the project timescales, to inform the procurement strategy and the business case. Interested Suppliers are asked to Register their organisation on the EU Supply Procurement Portal - https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK. Once registered on the Portal, Suppliers are asked to select Project 36530 - AGEMCSU/TRANS/19/608 - NHS Arden & GEM CSU Mechanical and Electrical Works Suppliers are asked to respond to the PTME no later than 5pm on Wednesday 7th August 2019
