Tender description

Medway Council, in partnership with NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) known as the ‘Joint Authority’ are seeking to establish an Integrated Community Equipment Service solution for the people of Medway. The Joint Authority is seeking a provider that is willing to collaborate with partner organisations’ across health and social care services and deliver the service within the agreed budget. The purpose of the Medway Integrated Community Equipment Service is to Procure, Store, Deliver, Demonstrate, Configure, Install, De-install, Maintain, Monitor, Refurbish, Collect and Recycle Equipment for Daily Living, Rehabilitation, Mobility, and Specialist Equipment on loan to people living in the community. The successful provider must be capable of working with partner organisations across health and social care, to deliver a safe, effective and personalised community equipment and minor adaptations service to support people to remain in their own homes.
