Tender description

Coventry City Council is seeking to award a suite of contracts to support people who are currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Service 1A: Assertive outreach with 12 to 20 rough sleeper beds/severe weather emergency protocol/annual national count; Service 1B: 50 direct access beds with 125 hours of support per week; Service 2: 50 supported accommodation beds with 350 hours of support per week; Service 3: 52 specialist ex-offender supported accommodation beds with 200 hours of support per week for the beds and move-on floating support. Service 1: Early intervention — support for 30 to 50 families at any one time; Service 2: Floating support — support for 100 to 120 families at any one time in temporary accommodation and support for 10 to 40 families at any one time in move-on floating support. There will be 650 hours of support per week to cover both Service 1 and Service 2. Service 1: 25 direct access beds; Service 2: 35 supported accommodation beds. There will be 220 hours of support per week to cover both Service 1 and Service 2 Service 3: floating support - 220 hours of support per week for 40 - 60 young people at any one time. Service 1: Early intervention; Service 2: Floating support - 30 to 60 people at any one time; Service 3: On-going light touch support - up to 20 people at any one time. There will be 280 hours of support per week to cover both Service 1 and Service 2.
