TfL and the GLA require a comprehensive health assessment service in order to provide a benefit in kind to its senior managers and directors. TfL will be issuing a market sounding questionnaire (MSQ) for this procurement. The MSQ allows TfL to engage with the market and help gather information to be built into the upcoming specifications for this procurement. This gives potential suppliers the opportunity to offer suggestions that may tailor the procurement more favourably to the current capability and capacity of the market.
