Tender description

These terms of reference are part of an invitation for 1 supplier or 1 consortium of suppliers to bid to design and deliver a real-time evaluation of the Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning (CCGL) programme. It is expected that the evaluation will run from October 2019 to June 2021. CCGL is a 3-year programme (2018-2021) which aims to build the capacity of teachers and school leaders to integrate a range of global learning and core skills into the curriculum, and to facilitate international partnerships between schools. The programme will be implemented in the UK as well as in 29 overseas countries in the period July 2018 to June 2021 (see list of participating countries in Appendix 1). It is funded jointly by the British Council (17 000 000 GBP) and the Department for International Development (DFID) (21 000 000 GBP) and delivered by British Council.
