The services anticipated are as follows: 1) Develop and deliver pre-degree programmes for international students that attain progression standards for entry into the University of Manchester; 2) Establish a brand and international marketing network to recruit sufficient numbers of international students of suitable quality for progression to the University of Manchester; 3) Supply a method for the delivery, for example rental, construction or procurement, and operation of a high quality learning environment to accommodate the college's teaching and ancillary services within close proximity of the main campus.
