Tender description

•Service provider to deliver a structured and tailored intervention to support the participants to obtain an accredited qualification in Eye Lash and Eye Brow Treatments to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET). •Courses should be delivered on a 1-2-1- or small group basis depending on individuals needs.
